Overview

Founded in 2010, FXecosystem are one of the City’s leading connectivity providers and have extensive FX market experience, market knowledge and expertise in connectivity. Their many clients outsource all or part of their connectivity and infrastructure needs and challenges, allowing them to focus more efficiently on the key components of their business – trading, competitive strategy and sales.

Website redesign and build

The team from FXecosystem approached DPC to see if we could help them with their digital strategy…

Overview of the initial brief from FXecosystem:

  • To develop a roadmap for the new FXecosystem digital strategy
  • To redesign and develop the new FXecosystem website so it started generating more leads for the business
  • To identify the core elements of paid media and earned media that FXecosystem should focus on
  • Then to develop a strategy for each of the chosen channels

So, we are now working with the FXecosystem team to optimise their digital activity to generate more business leads. The website was the first thing that we needed to address as it had started to feel a little dated.

Website Deliverables

The site was built to meet best practice SEO techniques and thus all page “Titles, Descriptions and Meta Keywords” are editable within the Umbraco CMS.

  • 301 redirects have been be set up to ensure no loss of existing SEO rankings
  • The site has been built to allow FXecosystem to add new pages and new products easily and quickly via the CMS.
  • The site is becoming the “hub” for all current client and prospective client activity with all collateral and documentation being delivered from within it via a secure client area.

Design

One of the most important elements to the FXecosystem team was the design, as the brand story and their USP’s had to be told through the website.

SEO

Better SEO, better PPC, better combined performance on Google as the site had to generate more enquiries / business leads.

Other requirements

An easy-to-use CMS, so we chose Umbraco.
