Fair Care is one of the UK’s longest-established employee benefit brands: they are a major provider of employee benefit systems, provider of childcare vouchers, and other HR and employment tools.
Their brand was in need of a digital makeover with a new website and CMS, however their parent company, Avantus Business Solutions, also needed a complete brand overhaul.
The DPC brand process follows a set project lifecycle (more a set of guardrails to keep us on track) but more importantly our brand experts spent time understanding the people, the business and the marketplace however a healthy dose of creativity was injected into the process to ensure the best output.
DPC is not a large agency, we are a small boutique agency that has a number of unusual, and highly talented individuals, and so Avantus and Fair Care had senior, experienced individuals working on their project.
The result was a suite of new brand guidelines, updated brand identity and a fresh new tone and imagery for the companies.
Once the new Avantus brand was developed we turned our attention to the suite of websites for Fair Care and the sister brands as well as the parent company.
DPC designed and developed a suite of flexible new sites on the Umbraco platform that includes customer areas, customer dashboards and integrated numerous 3rd party API integrations into the sites. To make the website as flexible as possible DPC created flexible page “widgets” to allow the administrators to build a variety of pages using one basic template.A completely new, fresh, ‘app-like’ design was also implemented.
The sites has been built to allow Avantus and Fair Care to add new pages and new products easily and quickly via the CMS and the site is rapidly becoming the “hub” for all current client and prospective client activity with all collateral and documentation being delivered from within a secure client area.
In late 2015 DPC took over the content management of the sites, plus also the SEO and PPC management of the site and the level of quality enquiries is rising week-on-week.
As part of the content creation workflow, we developed a suite of videos to showcase the companies and products that were then promoted across YouTube and drove a swathe of new business for the group companies.
