The success story of selling stunning eyelashes online, and becoming one of the UK's biggest lash-retailers.

Overview

The script started in 2008 when The Eyelash Emporium was born backstage at Pinewood Film Studios in London. The brand started life by being sold to film technicians and professional makeup artists, the fantastic quality of the products wasn’t kept secret for long and in only a matter of years The Eyelash Emporium was being purchased across the globe.

In 2012 they appointed dpc agency to help transform their online store and we introduced the team to Shopify and their flexible eCommerce platform.

From that first iteration of their online store, through to today, we have helped the Eyelash Emporium grow their sales, optimise the site, and trial many online sales tactics; and the results have been fantastic as we have watched the store’s sales grow so rapidly and consequently they became part of the Grafton International stable of brands.

We continue to help the Eyelash Emporium team with their site, and even though they now have a fantastic team of in-house marketers to drive traffic to the site, the dpc team still look after all the development and design of the store, and it is still growing fantastically well on the same Shopify platform.

One of our oldest clients and definitely one of the best success stories of eCommerce at its finest!
